Chain of transmission
Summary
Yahya transmits from Malik, from Yahya ibn Said, that he heard Jamil ibn Abd al-Rahman the muezzin say to Said ibn al-Musayyab: I am a man who buys whatever stipends are given to people in grain on credit, as God wills, and then I want to sell the food that is owed to me on a later term. Said asked: do you want to fulfil their claim from those stipends you bought? He said yes. Said forbade that. 1
