Summary
It reached Yahya ibn Said that Khalid ibn al-Walid (may God be pleased with him) said to the Messenger of God ﷺ: I am startled in my sleep. The Messenger of God said to him: say: I seek refuge in the perfect words of God from His anger and His punishment and the evil of His servants, and from the whisperings of the devils and their presence. The editor notes that the hadith is well known, traced to the Prophet and untraced, and that most reports give its text. 1
