Yahya said: Malik said: if the heirs of the blood accept the blood-money, it is inherited according to the Book of God: the daughters and sisters of the dead man and whoever else inherits from him among the women take it; if the women do not take all of his inheritance, what remains of his blood-money goes to the closest of his heirs along with the women. 1
