Summary
A saying of Malik: likewise cattle and water buffalo are gathered together on their owner for charity, because they are all cattle. If cattle are more and only one cow is due, it is taken from the cattle; if the buffalo are more, it is taken from them; if equal, from whichever he chooses; and when charity is due on the two kinds, both are charged. 1
