Summary
A saying of Malik regarding a man who has five dinars from a gain or other source, and trades with them, and before the year passes they reach the amount subject to zakat: he pays zakat on them even if the amount is complete only a day before the year or a day after it; then no zakat is due on them until a year passes from the day zakat was paid. The editor notes that Abu Musab transmitted it from Malik. 1
