Summary
Malik said of a conditionally freed slave who wounds, and has property, and his master refuses to ransom him: the wounded man takes the property of the conditionally freed slave for the blood-money of his wound. If it covers the blood-money, he takes the full blood-money and returns the conditionally freed slave to his master; if it does not cover it, he takes what it covers from the blood-money of his wound and puts the conditionally freed slave to service for the rest of the blood-money. 1
