Summary
Malik said of a conditionally freed slave-girl whom her master conditioned while she was pregnant, without the master knowing of her pregnancy: her child is of her standing. This is like a man who freed a slave-girl of his while she was pregnant without knowing of her pregnancy; the Sunna in such a case is that her child follows her and is freed with her manumission. 1
