Summary
Malik transmits from Hisham ibn Urwa, from his father, from Aisha, that the Prophet ﷺ was asked about the best necks, and he said: the most expensive in price and the most precious to their people. The editor notes that Ibn Abd al-Barr reports the report from Hisham from Abu Miraw from Abu Dhar, which is what is preserved in the two Sahihs, and that Malik's connected report to Aisha is an error in his view. 1
