Summary
Malik said: or a man gives his son or daughter money, and a woman marries a man only for his wealth and for the money his father gave him, and the father wants to take that back; or a man marries a woman to whom her father gave a gift, and marries her for her wealth and what her father gave her, and raises her dower because of it; then the father says: I take it back. He may not take back from his son or daughter any of that, if it is as I have described to you. 1
