Summary
Malik says: that is the practice among us, based on God's word, blessed and exalted, about those who accuse chaste women and do not bring four witnesses: flog them eighty lashes and never accept their testimony, except those who repent afterward and make amends. Malik said: the matter on which there is no dispute among us is that whoever receives the prescribed punishment and then repents and makes amends, his testimony is admissible. This is the view I most like. 1
