Summary
Malik says of a man who buys goods from another man for ten dinars in cash, or for fifteen dinars on a term, with the sale due to the buyer under either of the two prices: that is not proper, because if he delays the ten, it becomes fifteen on a term, and if he pays the ten in cash, he has bought with it the fifteen on a term. 1
