Summary
Malik says of a man who sells a slave-girl to another man for a hundred dinars on credit, then buys her back for more than that price on a later term: this is not proper. The forbidden form is that a man sells a slave-girl on credit, then buys her on a later term, selling her for thirty dinars for a month, then buying her back for sixty dinars for a year or half a year. That is not proper. 1
