Summary

Malik transmits from Humayd al-Tawil, from Anas ibn Malik (may God be pleased with him), that the Messenger forbade selling fruit until it turns red. It was asked: Messenger of God, what is turning red? He said: when it reddens. The Messenger also said: what do you think, if God withholds the fruit, with what right does one of you take his brother's property? 1
