Summary
Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Said that Abu Nahshal ibn al-Aswad said to al-Qasim ibn Muhammad that he had seen a slave-girl of his uncovered in the moonlight, and had sat with her as a man sits with his wife. She told him she was menstruating, so he stood up and did not go near her again. He asked whether he might give her to his son to have intercourse with. Al-Qasim forbade it. 1
