Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Sa'id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad: two grandmothers came to Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may God be pleased with him), and he wanted to give the sixth to the one on the mother's side. A man of the Ansar said to him: you leave the one who, if she died while he was alive, he would inherit from her. So Abu Bakr gave the sixth between the two of them. 1
