Chain of transmission
Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim, who heard his father al-Qasim ibn Muhammad say that he prays the witr after dawn. Malik comments that the witr after dawn is only for one who slept through his witr, and no one should intend to delay his witr until after dawn, in the chapter on the witr after dawn. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab, Suwayd and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan transmitted it. 1 2
