Summary

A saying of Malik in the chapter on the ritual washing on Friday: whoever bathes early in the day on a Friday intending the Friday bath has not discharged it until he bathes again for his going to the prayer. He argues from Ibn Umar's report above: when one of you comes to the Friday prayer, let him bathe. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab and Suwayd transmitted it. 1
