Summary
A report from Malik that he was told Abdullah ibn Mas'ud used to say that a man kissing his wife requires ablution, in the chapter on ablution after kissing a wife. The editor notes that Abd al-Razzaq linked it through Abu Ubayda from Ibn Mas'ud, though Abu Ubayda did not hear from his father, and that Ibn Abi Shayba, al-Daraqutni and al-Bayhaqi transmitted it by other channels. He refers to the disagreement of the scholars on ablution after touching, in al-Tirmidhi after report 86. 1
