Summary

Yahya said Malik was asked about one who forgot to stone one of the pillars at Mina on one of the days until evening. He said: he stones at any hour he remembers, by night or by day, as he prays a prayer he has forgotten. If it was after he departed and was in Mecca, or after he left it, he owes an offering. 1
