Summary
A saying of Malik about two men who share a palm grove and harvest eight wasqs of dates between them: no charity is due on them; but if one of them harvests five wasqs and the other four or fewer from the same land, the charity falls on the one with five wasqs and not on the one with four. The editor notes that Abu Musab transmitted it from Malik. 1
