Summary

Malik said: likewise a man who steals from his wife's goods, or a woman who steals from her husband's goods, in what requires cutting: if what was stolen from his partner's goods was in a room other than the one they lock together, and in a protected place other than it, then whoever steals from his partner's goods what requires cutting owes the cutting for it. 1
