Summary
Malik said of a man who is made lawful a slave-girl by another man: if the one who was made lawful for him has intercourse with her, she is valued against him on the day he had intercourse with her, whether she became pregnant or not, and the prescribed punishment is averted from him by that. If she became pregnant, the child is attributed to him. 1
