Summary
Malik said about a slave-woman freed while pregnant by an enslaved husband, and her husband is freed before or after she gives birth: the clientage of the foetus belongs to the one who freed his mother, because the foetus was enslaved before his mother was freed, unlike what the mother bears after manumission. 1
