Summary
Malik said: likewise the Arab woman who has been subject to the mutual curse: when her husband acknowledges her child, the child reaches this position, except that the rest of his inheritance after his mother's inheritance and his maternal brothers' inheritance goes to all the Muslims, as long as he is not attached to his father. He inherited from his mother's clients before his father acknowledged him, because he had no lineage and no agnatic kin. 1
