Summary
Malik says of a man who bought a share of jointly owned land on condition that he has the option in it, and the partners of the seller want to take what their partner sold by pre-emption before the buyer chooses: that is not theirs until the buyer takes it and the sale is confirmed for him. When the sale is binding for him, they have pre-emption. 1
