Summary
Malik says of several partners in one house, one of whom sold his share while his partners were all absent except one man. The present one was offered pre-emption or to leave it. He said: I take my share and leave the shares of my partners until they come. Malik said: he has no right except to take it all or leave it. When the partners return they may take from him or leave it, as they wish. If it is offered to him and he does not accept it, I do not see that he has pre-emption. 1
