Summary
Malik says: whoever sells his share of land or a jointly owned house, and when he learns that the pre-emptor takes by pre-emption, has the buyer rescind the sale and the buyer agrees. Malik said: that is not his right; the pre-emptor has the better right to it at the price at which it was sold. 1
