Summary
Malik says of a man who leaves land inherited by several of his sons; then a son of one of the heirs is born, then the father dies, and one of the dead man's sons sells his right in that land. The brother of the seller has a better claim to pre-emption than the paternal uncles, who are the partners of his father. Malik said: this is the practice among us. 1
