Summary
Malik says of a man given money for profit-sharing, who worked with it and came to him and said: this is your share of the profit, and I have taken for myself the same, and your capital is whole with me. Malik said: I do not like that until the whole money is present, and he reckons with him until the capital is established, and he knows it is whole, and reaches it to him; then they divide the profit between them according to their condition. Then he returns the money to him if he wishes, or keeps it. The presence of the money is necessary, for fear that the worker has lost part of it, and wants it not withdrawn from him, and to leave it in his hand. 1
