Summary
Malik says of a man who gives another goods to sell, which their owner has valued at a price, and says: if you sell them at this price I have told you, you have a dinar, or some amount he names to him, which they agree on. If you do not sell them, you have nothing. Malik said: there is no harm in that when he names a price at which he sells, and names a known fee; if he sells, he takes it, and if he does not sell, he has nothing. 1
