Summary
Malik says of a man who tells another: buy this goods between you and me, and pay for me, and I will sell it to you. This is not proper, since he said: pay for me and I will sell it to you. It is an advance that he gives him on the condition that he sells it for him. If the goods are lost or ruined, the man who paid the price takes from his partner what he paid for him. This is an advance that brings a benefit. 1
