Summary
Malik says of a man who sells folded cloth and reserves some garments by their marks: if he stipulates that he will choose from among those marks, there is no harm. If he did not stipulate at the time of reserving that he would choose from it, I see him as a partner in the number of cloths bought from him, because two garments may have the same mark while there is a difference between their prices. 1
