Summary
Malik says of a man who buys goods from another on the basis that the seller will deliver them on a stated term, either because of a market where he hopes they will sell or because of a need in that period: if the seller fails to deliver them on that term and the buyer wants to return the goods to the seller, that is not for the buyer; the sale binds him. If the seller brings the goods before the term falls due, the buyer cannot be compelled to refuse them. 1
