Summary
Malik transmits from Uthman ibn Hafs ibn Khalda, from Ibn Shihab, from Salim ibn Abdallah, from Abdullah ibn Umar, that he was asked about a man who has a debt on another man for a term; the creditor remits part of it, and the debtor pays the rest immediately.
