Summary
Malik says of a man who sells goods to another, and at the moment of concluding the sale the seller says: I sell to you on condition that I consult so-and-so; if he approves, the sale is valid, and if he dislikes it, there is no sale between us. They conclude on that basis, and then the buyer regrets it before the seller consults that man. Malik said: the sale binds them as they described it, and the buyer has no option. It binds him, if the one given the option wishes to permit it. 1
