Summary
Malik says: as for a man who sells goods to another with a final sale, then the buyer regrets it and says to the seller: reduce the price for me. The seller refuses, and says: sell it and you will suffer no loss. There is no harm in this, because it is not a risk; it is something he gave him, and it is not part of the sale contract. That is the practice among us. 1
