Summary

Malik says: whatever you have bought of all these kinds, there is no harm in selling it, before you receive it, to someone other than the one you bought it from, once you have received its price, if you bought it by measure or by weight. If you bought it by estimate, sell it to someone other than the one you bought it from for cash or on a term, because its risk is yours when you buy by estimate; the risk is not yours when you buy by weight until you weigh it and receive it. 1
