Summary
Malik says: as for a man who sells the fruit of his orchard and keeps back the fruit of one palm or a few palms that he chooses and names by number, I see no harm in that. The owner of the orchard has kept back a thing from his own orchard; it is something he has withheld and kept, not sold, and he has sold the rest of the orchard. 1
