Summary
Malik says of someone who buys a slave-girl on condition that he will not sell her or give her away, or other similar conditions: it is not proper for the buyer to have intercourse with her, because he may neither sell nor give her away. Since he does not have full ownership of her, having had a condition stipulated over her which places her ownership in another's hand. When such a condition enters, the sale is not proper, and it is a reprehensible sale. 1
