Summary
Malik says: the agreed practice among us regarding someone who sells a slave, a slave-girl, or an animal with a disclaimer, whether from the heirs or others: he is discharged of every defect in what he sold, unless he knew of a defect and concealed it. If he knew of a defect and concealed it, his disclaimer does not help him, and what he sold is returned to him. 1
