Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Ibn Shihab from Safwan ibn Abdullah ibn Safwan, in the chapter on the traveller's prayer when he leads or is behind an imam: Abdullah ibn Umar came to visit Abdullah ibn Safwan and prayed two rak'as with them, then left. They stood and completed the prayer, because they were residents. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab, Suwayd and Ibn Wahb in al-Tahawi and Abd al-Razzaq transmitted it. 1 2
