Summary
The first report in the chapter on the traveller's prayer as long as he has not resolved to stay. Yahya transmits from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah that Abdullah ibn Umar used to say he prays the traveller's prayer as long as he has not resolved to stay, even if that keeps him twelve nights. The editor glosses ajma' as resolving and determining, and notes that Abu Mus'ab, Suwayd, Muhammad ibn al-Hasan and Yahya ibn Bukayr in al-Bayhaqi transmitted it. 1
