Summary
A saying of Malik transmitted by Yahya in the chapter on the woman with irregular bleeding: the practice of the people of Medina is that when an irregularly bleeding woman has prayed, her husband may be intimate with her. Likewise a woman after childbirth who has reached the limit of when women hold back blood, and then sees blood after that, is like the irregularly bleeding woman, and her husband may be intimate with her. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab and Suwayd transmitted it from Malik. 1
