Chain of transmission
Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Nafi', in the chapter on the general rules of the ritual bath: Abdullah ibn Umar's slave-women used to wash his feet and hand him the khumra, a small prayer mat he prayed on, while they were menstruating. The editor explains khumra as a small mat, and notes that Abu Mus'ab, Suwayd, Abd al-Razzaq and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan transmitted it. 1
