Overview
The dwellings of Banu Sa'd ibn Bakr of Hawazin in the desert, where the Prophet, the Prophet, was nursed by Halima al-Sa'diyya for about four or five years. 1 2.
In the story of Halima
Halima says, as the book relates it, that she brought the boy to her dwellings from the land of Banu Sa'd, and that she knew of no land of God's earth more barren than it. Her sheep went out in the morning full and rich in milk, while the sheep of her people were hungry, until the people present used to tell their shepherds to pasture where the shepherd of the daughter of Abu Dhu'ayb pastured. 3 2. In it took place the incident of the opening of the chest, when he was playing with the boys. 4 5.
What is not mentioned here
The book does not fix the location of these dwellings. What the geographers say, that they are in the areas of al-Ta'if, needs a source that can be read and quoted.
For young visitors
The land of Banu Sa'd is the desert where the Prophet lived as a child with his foster-mother Halima. It was barren land with little grass.
