Summary
Malik says that the takbir on the days of tashriq is obligatory on men and women, whether in a group or alone, in Mina or in the regions; people follow the imam of the pilgrims and the people at Mina in it, because when they return and the state of ihram ends, they follow them. As for one who is not on pilgrimage, he follows them only in the takbir of the days of tashriq. 1
