Summary
A saying of Malik: whoever has circumambulated part of his seven when the dawn or afternoon prayer is called, prays with the imam and then builds on what he circumambulated until he completes seven; then he does not pray until the sun rises or sets. If he delays it until he prays the sunset prayer, there is no harm in that. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1300) transmitted it from Malik. 1
