Summary
A saying of Malik about a man who enters circumambulation and forgets until he has circumambulated eight or nine rounds: he stops if he knows he has added, then prays two rak'as and does not count what he added; and he should not build on the nine until he has prayed after seven, because the Sunna in circumambulation is to follow every seven with two rak'as. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1293) transmitted it from Malik. 1
