Summary

A saying of Malik: as for game that the one in ihram killed or slaughtered, it is not lawful to eat for the lawful person or the one in ihram, because it is not properly slaughtered, whether by mistake or deliberately; eating it is not lawful; and Malik heard this from more than one person. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1151) transmitted it from Malik. 1
