Summary
Malik was asked about game meat found on the road: may one in ihram buy it? He said: as for what lies in his path and was not hunted for those in ihram, there is no harm in the one in ihram buying it. As for what was hunted for those in ihram, I dislike it and forbid it. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1142) transmitted it from Malik. 1
